About the role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator to join our Content & Communications team and help develop and manage digital content that supports marketing, sales, and brand awareness initiatives. You'll work closely with the Senior Content & Communications Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our content and social media presence are impactful, engaging, and optimized for digital success.

A strong candidate will be able to manage content operations, upload and optimize materials in WordPress, own social media publishing, and support technical content marketing efforts. You should be comfortable working with data, researching industry trends, and assisting in thought leadership initiatives.

What your day would look like

• Create and edit compelling marketing content across landing pages, email, blog, ads, and other digital formats. Ensure alignment with brand voice and broader marketing goals.
• Own Agora’s organic social media publishing. Write, schedule, and post content across LinkedIn and other channels, aligning with ongoing campaigns and brand goals.
• Upload, format, and optimize content in WordPress with efficiency and attention to detail
• Contribute new content ideas and campaign concepts based on industry trends, audience needs, and business goals.
• Support thought leadership initiatives, helping to craft industry-leading research, reports, and expert content.
• Assist in content operations and workflow management, ensuring that content is effectively organized and published on schedule.
• Implement SEO best practices, monitor keyword rankings, and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance content visibility.
• Coordinate with designers, multimedia teams, and external writers to ensure content meets quality standards and branding guidelines.

Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to inform strategy, improve outcomes, and guide optimizations.

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, content writing, or digital marketing roles.
• Strong technical proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and digital marketing tools.
• Native English writing and editing skills - a must!
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and web analytics to drive content visibility
• Research and data analysis skills to support thought leadership content and data-driven storytelling.
• Skilled in content operations, including publishing workflows and formatting across platforms
• Experience managing social media calendars and publishing B2B content, especially on LinkedIn. Familiarity with relevant tools and performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and execute content strategies efficiently.
