Key Responsibilities

Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, including intelligent agents, RAG pipelines, and open-source models
Design and develop full-stack enterprise AI applications using React/Next.js with Python or Node.js backends
Leverage and extend tools such as Langflow, coding agents, and orchestration systems to build scalable AI solutions
Translate business ideas into products by conducting experiments, prototyping, and validating solutions quickly
Work with data infrastructure, including PostgreSQL, Redis, and vector databases, while integrating APIs and managing deployment pipelines across both cloud and on-premises environments

Requirements

Full-stack development skills with React/Next.js and either Python or Node.js (personal projects welcome)
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (“vibe coding”) using tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar
Proven ability to build projects independently from the ground up
Database knowledge, particularly PostgreSQL and Redis
Strong English skills, especially for reading and understanding technical documentation and research
Adaptability and curiosity, with comfort navigating uncertainty and rapidly learning new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

Practical AI/ML experience (agents, LLMs, RAG pipelines)
Hands-on experience with vector databases and retrieval systems
SaaS development experience
Strong builder mindset — working on personal projects, prototypes, or backends even outside of work
Genuine curiosity and passion for AI, with a habit of learning and experimenting continuously
