The Role

We are looking for a Head of AI to lead and shape the company’s AI strategy and execution. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of AI initiatives across multiple areas of the product and define how AI will power the next stage of ScaleOps’s growth. You will work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to identify opportunities, build solutions, and establish ScaleOps as a leader in AI-driven cloud infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Define and lead ScaleOps’s AI vision and roadmap, from strategy to execution.
• Explore and implement AI-driven solutions across different parts of the product, from automation and optimization to customer experience.
• Build and guide a high-performing AI team, setting best practices and driving technical excellence.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to align AI initiatives with business priorities.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools, bringing innovative approaches into production.
• Represent ScaleOps externally as an AI leader in the cloud infrastructure space.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of experience in software development, data-driven products, or infrastructure, with at least 3 years in AI-related roles.
• Proven track record of leading AI/tech initiatives from idea to production.
• Strong technical background in infrastructure, distributed systems, or performance engineering
• Experience working with AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and large-scale systems.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical ability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for building impactful AI solutions that change how enterprises operate.
• Full professional fluency in English (Hebrew – advantage).
