Job Summary:

We plan to open a hub in Israel and start offering our international services to Israeli and Jewish influencers. Israel is already a hotspot in the world for influencer marketing, we want to bring some organization to the chaos there. We plan to open a HQ in the next 6 months in Herzliya and prior to that we are looking to hire commission only agents to help establish our presence in the country and prove there is a need for our services. All the agents that start with us, will eventually be put on salary and become the basis for the company in Israel. 

What You’ll Do:

• Talent Representation:

Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content.

• Brand Partnerships:

Secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, creating successful campaigns for your talent roster.

• Relationship Building:

Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands to ensure successful collaborations.

• Strategic Growth:

Develop targeted strategies alongside our internal teams to expand influencer reach, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth.

• Autonomous & Flexible Work:

Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment, driving your own success.

You’ll Thrive if You:

✅ Have a minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles.

✅ Understand platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.

✅ Excel at relationship-building and possess strong negotiation skills.

✅ Are proactive, driven, and comfortable working autonomously.

✅ Combine hustle and patience—able to close deals quickly and nurture long-term relationships.

✅ Are highly organized, skilled with data management, and proficient in Google Sheets.

(Bonus: Past experience at a talent agency, marketing agency, or sales-driven roles!)

במהלך חצי השנה הקרובה בכוונתנו לפתוח משרד בהרצליה, ולפני כן אנו מחפשים סוכנים/ות על בסיס עמלות בלבד שיעזרו לנו לבסס את הנוכחות שלנו בארץ ולהוכיח את הצורך בשירותים שלנו. כל הסוכנים שיצטרפו אלינו כעת צפויים בעתיד הקרוב לעבור למשרות שכר מלאות ולהוות את הבסיס לחברה בישראל.

עבודה עצמאית וגמישה:

לעבוד באופן עצמאי ובסביבה גמישה, כאשר ההצלחה תלויה אך ורק בכם.
