Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Yoqneam Illit. The Product Manager will oversee the development and lifecycle of our solar energy product related to Roofs' installation methods. Key responsibilities include defining product strategy, conducting market analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with market needs, managing product roadmaps, and driving product launches. The Product Manager will also be responsible for gathering customer feedback and incorporating it into product improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Product Management and Product Strategy
• Full engineer capabilities - Solid design, experiments, build a prototype, create a BOM, transfer to mass production
• Skills in Project Management and Cross-functional Team Collaboration
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site in Yoqneam Illit
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred in building construction or significant previous experience in development
