DevSecOps Team Lead

This position is an opportunity to shape the future of security integrations while leading a talented team at the intersection of cybersecurity, software development, and market strategy. 

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team delivering critical security integrations, driving strategy and execution to ensure reliable data flow and seamless customer onboarding. 
• Partner with product, go-to-market, and engineering teams to align integration efforts with customer needs and business goals. 
• Own the full integration lifecycle, from scoping and architecture to deployment, while managing timelines and upholding technical standards. 
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on development and team mentorship. 
• Engage directly with customers to understand and solve their technical and operational challenges. 

What You’ll Bring 

• At least 1 year of experience in leading a team. 
• Hands-on experience with Python. 
• Experience with diverse security technologies, including: SIEM, Identity, EDR, SOAR, FW, etc. 
• Understanding APIs, data formats, and integration architectures. 
• Proven ability to guide a small team through high-stakes integration work with focus, resilience, and a bias for execution - even when timelines are tight.  
• Passionate about cybersecurity and excited about building integrations that help organizations detect and respond to threats more effectively. 
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.

Nice to Have: 

• Experience using tools like Cursor and other modern AI-driven developer platforms maximizing efficiency. 
• Experience developing and scaling SaaS products, with an emphasis on multi-tenant architecture, reliability, and user-centric delivery 
• Experience working in Azure environments, including Cosmos DB, Container Apps and Storage.
