Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced analyst / BI developer with a growing interest (or hands-on experience) in data engineering to join a fast-moving team, work on high-impact initiatives, and help us unlock the full potential of our data.

What you’ll do:

• Lead full-cycle analytics projects: Dive into new business domains, define key metrics, design scalable dashboards, and lead data products from concept to delivery.
• Deliver insights that drive decisions: Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that shape strategic decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, R&D, operations, and business teams to translate their needs into practical data solutions that empower decision-making and promote data-driven culture.
• Build for the future: Think ahead and help define the right structure, models, and pipelines to support tomorrow’s needs – not just today’s.
• Own data infrastructure: Collaborate on the design of our data architecture and help shaping how data transforms, and delivers value across the company.
• Bring innovation: Explore and implement new tools and AI capabilities to automate, optimize, and extend our data work.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Have 5+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, BI Developer, or Data Product Analyst, with a strong track record of turning data into business impact.
• Bring hands-on experience in building dashboards and self-service tools using platforms like QuickSight, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
• Are highly proficient in SQL, including complex queries, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Own 2+ years of experience coding in Python, including PySpark, Pandas, and solid software development practices.
• Worked with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.
• Understand and have contributed to data architecture design (e.g., Medallion Architecture and data modeling).
• Are curious about AI tools and their potential to enhance analytics and automation.
• Excel at simplifying complex problems, extracting insights from data, and communicating them clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Team player with strong ownership, independence, and the drive to create clarity in ambiguity
• Bonus points for: Experience with Airflow and data orchestration workflows
