We are looking for a Product Manager for our Trauma & Extremities activity, to look after Israel, Russia & Kazakhstan. The position will be based out of Israel, and require 40% travel across the covered countries.
What you will do :
- Implement a regional franchise strategic and pricing plans
- Develop effective working relationships with EEMEA management team
- Coordinate the market data, IBP product forecasts and tracking
- Work with RA/QA teams to facilitate product registration and reimbursement
- Execute product launch plans
- Market data analyses
- Management of learning aids for the sales teams
- Improve presence & visibility of the products & the company image in the market
- Supervising allocation of marketing investment and ensuring alignment on franchise marketing budgets per regions with BDMs
- Product Training
- Ensure the safe & effective promotion of the Stryker product portfolio
- Local responsibility for franchise KOL management
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Fluency in Hebrew and English is required . Russian is a nice to have
- Experience in Medical devices, ideally in Orthopedic field
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
