We’re hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager to be the growth engine of our marketing team. This is not just an execution role — you’ll set the strategy, own the budget, and be accountable for pipeline generation. You’ll manage full-funnel demand programs across paid, owned, and partner channels, and align closely with sales leadership to turn leads into revenue.
Crowded is a fast-growing fintech SaaS platform built for nonprofits. We bring together banking, compliance, and fundraising tools into one streamlined solution to simplify operations and amplify impact.
What You’ll Own
- Growth Strategy & Ownership: Design and execute our multi-channel demand gen strategy to consistently deliver qualified pipeline.
- Acquisition Campaigns: Full ownership of paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Bing, Quora, publishers) — budget planning, targeting, optimization, ROI reporting.
- Campaign Content & Messaging: Partner with content and design to shape high-converting LPs, ad copy, and creative briefs aligned to ICP needs.
- Outbound & Nurture Programs: Build advanced email sequences, nurture flows, and outbound prospecting campaigns (HubSpot, Dripify, Sales Navigator).
- Marketing Operations & Analytics: Own attribution, funnel reporting, and optimization of campaign ROI in HubSpot.
- Testing & Experimentation: Establish a culture of A/B testing for ads, LPs, emails, and channel mix.
- Publishers & Partnerships: Build relationships with associations, directories, and media partners to expand reach and generate high-quality leads.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or performance marketing, preferably in startups/high-growth companies.
- Proven track record of owning budgets and delivering measurable pipeline growth.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills — ability to zoom out and set direction while being hands-on.
- Excellent collaboration skills — comfortable working across product, sales, content, and leadership teams.
- Background in fintech or nonprofit SaaS is a plus, but not required.
