Manual QA Tester – Digital, Web & Mobile

We are looking for a skilled Manual QA Tester to join our team and take part in testing innovative digital platforms. The role involves working across Web, Mobile, and Digital environments, ensuring the highest quality of our systems and user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing across Digital, Web, and Mobile environments
• Conduct sanity checks and client-side testing
• Execute functional, UI, regression, and GUI testing
• Write detailed test cases and scenarios (STD)
• Perform end-to-end testing, including load, stability, acceptance, configuration, and interface testing
• Test IVR systems and system integrations
• Use SQL for data validation and backend checks
• Report and manage bugs, tasks, and test executions in JIRA
• Work with testing tools such as SoapUI and Postman

Requirements:

• Proven experience with manual QA testing, including complex system integrations - Must
• Experience testing engineering systems – Must
• Knowledge of operating systems, specifically Windows - Must
• Hands-on experience with SQL for testing and validation - Must
• manual testing across Digital, Web, and Mobile environments - Must
• Report and manage bugs, tasks, and test executions in JIRA - Must
