Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related technologies
- Experience with Windows Server, networking fundamentals, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with EDR solutions and security best practices
- Experience with RMM tools for endpoint monitoring and management
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to lead teams, set priorities, and work effectively under pressure
