Architect- Team Leader ( Exection)

We are looking for an exceptional Architect – Team Leader with a proven track record in execution and project delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who is not only a talented architect, but also a hands-on professional who understands the field of execution inside out and can lead a team with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of architects and project coordinators.

Oversee all execution stages, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest professional standards.

Coordinate between design, supervision, consultants, and on-site implementation.

Mentor, guide, and motivate team members while fostering professional excellence and collaboration.

Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements:

Licensed Architect with 6+ years of solid experience in execution and project delivery.

Strong managerial and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a professional team.

Hands-on expertise in supervising architectural projects from detailed design through to execution on site.

Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

High level of professionalism, accountability, and commitment.
