Join Adonis to help build a thriving creative ecosystem from the ground up. As part of the founding team, you’ll grow and engage a vibrant Palestinian creative community, turning ideas into meaningful social and cultural impact. You’ll lead storytelling, foster relationships, and design initiatives that connect artists, institutions, and audiences-online and offline.

What You’ll Do:

• Build, nurture, and engage Adonis’s creative community.
• Lead initiatives that connect people, spark collaboration, and showcase talent.
• Drive storytelling and content across channels with a focus on community impact.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team on branding and outreach strategies.
• Track engagement and find new ways to grow community involvement.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with artists, institutions, and partners.

Who You Are:

• Passionate about building communities and cultural engagement.
• Social, approachable, and great at connecting with people in person, by phone, or online.
• Strategic yet hands-on-able to take ideas from concept to execution.
• Strong communicator in Arabic (English is a plus).
• Comfortable in an early-stage startup environment.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and creative in problem-solving.
