Responsibilities

●     Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive QA automation strategy for our mobile game portfolio

●     Hands-on architect and build our game automation platform from scratch, while integrating AI-powered testing solutions that enhance our code reviews, unit testing, specifications, ticketing system, pull request flows, and test cases

●     Develop and implement test plans for functional, technical, and scaled test cases leveraging modern automation frameworks and AI tools

●     Define and implement comprehensive testing methodologies covering the entire testing lifecycle from requirements to production monitoring

●     Serve as a technical leader and mentor and a manager to our QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement

●     Research and implement AI-powered solutions for automatically generating test cases, manual tests, automation tests, and scaled tests

●     Establish production data validation protocols and create alert systems to identify problematic gameplay patterns and user behaviors at scale

Required Skills & Experience

●     4+ years of experience as a manual QA engineer

●     3+ years of experience as an Automation QA engineer

●     2+ years of experience in a QA and Automation team leadership role (team lead, manager, director)

●     2+ years of experience testing mobile games and game infrastructure and tools

●     Expertise in defining QA and Automation coverage and framework to achieve high quality, stability, full visibility, and customers satisfaction

●     Experience in building a team and managing directly QA and Automation engineers

●     Experience and expertise with mobile test automation frameworks (such as Appium, UTF, and similar tools), having strong programming skills in at least one language commonly used for test automation

●     Experience with working with data and BI tools for validating production product behavior

●     Experience with mobile game operation (live operations, players segmentation, marketing, …), and with game data analytics

●     Experience with AI tools for generating test cases, unit tests, and automation scripts - an advantage

●     Experience thriving in fast-paced startup culture - demonstrating full ownership, high engagement, leadership, and ability to execute quickly

●     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - an advantage
