Head of Recruitment

We are looking for a Head of Recruitment to lead the recruitment domain at IAI’s Center for Recruitment & Careers.

The position includes:

• Leading and implementing the division’s annual recruitment plan

• Managing a team of recruitment coordinators and operations staff

• Monitoring, measuring, and ensuring achievement of recruitment KPIs

• Ongoing management of job requisitions and candidate pipelines

• Driving and optimizing end-to-end recruitment processes across the division

• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including HR, Security, assessment centers, and more

• Providing recruitment data and reports to division management, HR, and hiring managers

What we’re looking for:

• Israeli citizenship – mandatory

• Academic degree

• At least 3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment

• Experience managing a recruitment team

• Strong command of MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
