We are seeking an experienced DevOps Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for cloud infrastructure, automation, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹Lead DevOps initiatives and serve as a technical authority in the team.
🔹Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
🔹Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure.
🔹Apply infrastructure-as-code principles using tools like Terraform.
🔹Ensure security best practices across infrastructure and applications.
🔹Collaborate with development and product teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions.
🔹Contribute to FinOps strategies and cost optimization.
🔹Support IoT infrastructure and integration (strong advantage).
Qualifications:
🔹5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure.
🔹Proven experience with Azure and large-scale cloud environments.
🔹Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
🔹Strong knowledge of Terraform or equivalent IaC tools.
🔹Experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
🔹Solid understanding of security, monitoring, and observability tools.
🔹Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
🔹Previous leadership / mentoring experience – a strong advantage.
🔹Experience with IoT environments – a big plus.
