Programmatic Campaigns Team Lead

Appalgo is a performance-driven platform specializing in user acquisition for mobile apps. We are seeking a Team Leader to lead our programmatic campaigns and DSPs' user acquisition activity.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns across leading DSPs, with a strong understanding of audience targeting and retargeting. Experience in mobile apps is a significant advantage, and is ready to take things on to the next level when leading programmatic media buying at the company.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across programmatic platforms (including retargeting and CTV).
2. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
3. Creating landing pages and marketing creatives tailored to performance goals
4. Hands-on client onboarding and tracking implementation (MMPs, postbacks, etc.)
5. Manage campaign-level optimization, including ad placements, audience targeting, bidding strategies, landing pages, and creatives.
6. Maintain and grow strong, long-term relationships with clients.
7. Lead digital marketing strategies based on client goals and business KPIs.
8. Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, creatives, and bidding tactics to improve results.
9. Stay current with platform updates, programmatic innovations, and industry trends to ensure top performance. 

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of hands-on experience managing programmatic UA campaigns for apps on DSPs- a must-have qualification.
2. Proven track record in digital campaign performance and ROI optimization
3. Experience in CTV and retargeting- a strong advantage
4. Familiarity with mobile attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and in-app event tracking
5. Experience working with creative strategy, A/B testing, and creative optimization
6. Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel
7. Creative thinker with the ability to generate bold, data-informed ideas
8. English – mother tongue or very high level
