Salesforce Administrator

A large and well-established technology company is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator for a serious and impactful role that combines system administration, functional analysis, and hands-on implementation.

This role is part of a large-scale Salesforce implementation project for a major public-sector organization. You will be the first Salesforce hire, working closely with the Head of Salesforce and shaping the system from its early stages. The position includes significant responsibility, active configuration, and the opportunity to grow into future leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced Salesforce administration: user management, permissions, reports, dashboards.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet complex organizational needs.
• Define and document functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support troubleshooting, optimization, and ongoing system improvements.

This is a full-time position, working from the office in Central Israel

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Proven, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator (not just coursework).
• Mandatory: Ability to take part in functional analysis and system implementation.
• Salesforce certification(s) – strong advantage.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant Salesforce experience.
• Familiarity with multiple Salesforce modules (Sales, Service, etc.).
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
