hms, a leading strategic consulting firm in Israel, is looking for a Project Manager to lead a high-impact regulatory project for a governmental client.
This is a meaningful opportunity to influence national-level decision-making processes and drive regulatory transformation.
Hybrid work model – work from both client site and home.
What will you do?- Lead end-to-end project management: planning, coordination, and task execution to meet goals and deadlines
- Identify project bottlenecks and provide proactive solutions
- Work with multiple stakeholders – both internal and external
- Take part in shaping public policy and regulatory frameworks
- Support executive decision-making processes
- Manage professional committees and working groups
- Draft RIA (Regulatory Impact Assessment) documents
- Prepare status reports, presentations for senior management, and planning documentation
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or team leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High-level Excel skills – including complex functions
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including public speaking
- Bachelor's degree – mandatory
