We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our core team as the fifth developer in the company! This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of various technologies, particularly in microservices architecture. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable microservices solutions, utilizing your expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

1. Microservices Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based architecture solutions, ensuring systems are modular, scalable, and resilient. Provide expert guidance in microservices design and best practices.
2. Technology Versatility: Apply your expertise across a wide range of programming languages and frameworks to solve complex problems and architect efficient, scalable solutions that meet diverse technical challenges.
3. Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain both relational and non-relational databases to support microservices architecture, ensuring data integrity and efficient data processing.
4. Big Data Integration: Leverage experience with big data technologies to enhance data processing, analysis, and integration within microservices environments, improving the overall effectiveness of data-driven solutions.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
6. Optimization and Performance: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to maximize the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of microservices, ensuring systems operate smoothly under varying loads.

Requirements

1. Extensive Experience: At least 6 years of experience as a Backend software developer, with hands-on experience designing and implementing large-scale systems based on microservices.
2. Microservices Expertise: Proficiency in microservices architecture patterns, principles, and best practices, with hands-on experience working with Q technology as part of the microservices ecosystem.
3. Technology Proficiency: Strong programming skills in multiple languages such as Python, Go, and JavaScript, with at least 4 years of experience in Node.js and at least 1 year in Python.
4. Database Knowledge: Strong expertise in SQL (a must), with additional experience in NoSQL. Ability to design, optimize, and manage complex data models effectively.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative and effective solutions.
6. Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively across teams.
