This is a full-time on-site role for an Ultrashort Solutions Expert in OPA OPCPA at Tel Aviv University located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The expert will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ultrashort pulse laser systems. Daily tasks include conducting various laser experiments, maintaining and troubleshooting laser equipment, and collaborating with academic and industry partners.

• Strong knowledge in ultrashort pulse lasers, OPA, and OPCPA systems
• Experience in laser system design, development, and optimization
• Proficiency in conducting laser-related experiments and troubleshooting laser equipment
• Excellent skills in collaborative research, academic writing, and communication with partners
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ph.D. in Physics, Optical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in an academic or research environment is a plus
