We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Product Department.

In this role, you will work directly with the CPO, product team leads, product managers, development, and program managers, ensuring the smooth execution of our product roadmap.

You will be the bridge between product and execution, responsible for driving clarity, alignment, and timelines across multiple stakeholders in the bank. This is a highly collaborative role that requires both strong project management expertise and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

• Lead roadmap execution, ensuring priorities, requirements, and milestones are delivered on time.
• Manage quarterly and sprint planning from a product management perspective (requirements readiness, bottleneck identification, and prioritization).
• Ensure ongoing sync and communication with bank stakeholders, making sure all projects stay on track.
• Track project dependencies and risks, escalating issues when necessary to keep delivery aligned with business goals.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Development leads to balance scope, resources, and priorities.
• Support the product leadership team in structuring cross-functional planning processes.

• 2+ years of project management experience in tech, fintech, or digital banking environments.
• Proven ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
• Hands-on experience with roadmap planning, agile/scrum processes, and cross-team coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with product management processes is a strong advantage.
