Cloud DevOps Team Leader

We're looking for a hands-on Cloud DevOps Team Leader to join our fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company. In this role, you'll lead the design, deployment, and optimization of secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure—powering a live, high-impact product.

You’ll lead a talented DevOps team, define technical direction, and own the cloud strategy with a strong focus on security, reliability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers.
• Architect and maintain robust, secure, and highly available cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Design and manage complex cloud networking (VPCs, routing, VPNs, load balancers, firewall rules) across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm) and optimize CI/CD processes (Argo CD).
• Drive production monitoring, incident response, and root-cause analysis to ensure platform resilience.
• Own cloud cost optimization strategies while balancing performance and scalability.
• Ensure infrastructure complies with cybersecurity and governance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams to align infrastructure with business goals.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles, including team leadership.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure in live production environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of cloud networking (VPC design, VPN peering, routing, security rules).
• Proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, scripting (Python/Bash), and CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD is a plus).
• Strong background in cloud security and compliance frameworks.
• Proven leadership experience supporting production SaaS platforms, especially in cybersecurity or other critical systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
