We’re now seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our early leadership team and help us scale from a strong foundation into a category-defining company.
What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the CEO to shape and execute Itur’s next stage of growth.
  • Drive operational excellence across product, technology, and business functions.
  • Build and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring focus, accountability, and delivery.
  • Establish scalable systems and processes to support rapid expansion.
  • Play a key role in fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.

  • Proven track record in scaling startups or high-growth companies, ideally in AI, deep tech, or intelligence-driven industries.
  • Strong operational and leadership skills with a bias for action.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Experience building partnerships and navigating complex ecosystems.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think big and execute effectively.
