Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Product/Project Manager & AI Specialist who will effectively manage client projects, internal teams, and technical implementations. This hybrid role extends beyond traditional project management, demanding product management acumen to define and drive the vision for AI-powered features, combined with hands-on AI expertise to guide their practical application. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, coupled with a deep practical knowledge of AI and automation, and a passion for new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client relationships and project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery of complex e-commerce implementations.
• Define, plan, and drive the product roadmap for AI-driven features and solutions, serving as the internal AI expert for clients and teams.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to optimize client e-commerce experiences and internal agency workflows.
• Translate complex client requirements into technical specifications and optimize user experience strategies for e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital Project or Product Management, with a strong focus on client management.
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems, including platforms and API integration.
• Strong background and hands-on expertise in AI technologies and automation:
• Practical experience with generative AI tools (e.g., LLM for content/data, AI agents).
• Proficiency in low-code/no-code automation platforms for AI-powered workflows.
• Proven ability to manage complex development projects from conception to delivery.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal, native/near-native English).
• Experience with ERP / CRM / Payment systems and project management tools.
• Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
