Product Designer / Industrial Designer

Everysight is developing some of the world’s leading augmented reality glasses, and we’re looking for a talented designer to join our team!

In this role, you’ll take part in the full product development cycle – from early concepts and prototypes to design for mass production.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including electronics, product design, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing.
• Develop, build, and test prototypes and mock-ups.
• Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Take ownership of projects from concept stage to high-quality, production-ready products.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in product development and design.
• Excellent CAD and 3D modeling skills.
• Strong mechanical intuition with understanding of materials and simple mechanisms.
• Experience with DFM / DFA.
• Advantage: opto-mechanical experience.
• Hands-on attitude – ability to build and evaluate prototypes.
• High motivation, curiosity, creativity, and attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset – “I’m here to help” – positive, team-oriented, and supportive.
• Strong sense of ownership, excellent interpersonal skills, and clear communication (written & verbal).

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Design / relevant field.

• Full-time position, Haifa (MATAM).
• Includes ~20% international travel.
