Proleafera is seeking a Pilot Line Manager for its facility in Moshav Tel Adashim.

Job Description:

• Management and daily operation of the pilot production line.
• Troubleshooting and solving issues in real-time with creative solutions.
• Leading a team and planning operational and production activities.
• Working in a manufacturing environment – which includes noise, dirt, and hands-on mechanical work.

Job Requirements:

• Operational background and experience (preferably in manufacturing/food/industrial sectors).
• High technical skills and practical problem-solving abilities.
• Team leadership and management capabilities.
• Responsibility, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Advantages:

• Experience working with production equipment or food/beverage production lines.
• Background in managing a small production unit or pilot line.
