R&D Project Manager

We're looking for an R&D Project Manager to join our dynamic research and development division at Tipuli Tech. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping our technological ecosystem within the healthcare innovation space and to make a direct impact on products that improve people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technological projects from concept to delivery, collaborating closely with R&D, Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders

• Manage the full project lifecycle — research, requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization

• Prepare and maintain PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) to ensure full alignment between business goals and technical execution

• Deeply understand the company's systems, integrations, and software architecture to analyze issues, troubleshoot challenges, and support development teams when needed

• Act as a bridge between business objectives and R&D execution, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and transparency across teams

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks while driving mitigation strategies for successful project outcomes

• Continuously improve processes by introducing tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance efficiency in a rapidly changing Agile environment

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing or contributing to technological or R&D projects — from industry, academia, military service, or student roles

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or other relevant technological/scientific fields

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand software architecture, system design, and code-level logic when needed

• Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver — from building project roadmaps and defining KPIs to ensuring timely execution

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven success working across multiple stakeholders and departments

• High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Fluent English proficiency — comfortable working with technical documentation, tools, and global teams

Preferred Skills (Advantageous but not required)

• Hands-on familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, GitHub, or Bitbucket

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management

• Background or exposure to healthtech, SaaS platforms, or multi-system integrations
