Technical Project Manager

The role includes leading the project E2E, including matrix management of diverse teams, working with multiple internal interfaces (development, operations, sales, service, legal, and more), coordinating with senior stakeholders in the organization and external vendors, and meeting goals and deadlines.

Areas of Responsibility:

•Leading the project through all its stages – planning, execution, process leadership, implementation, and post-launch support.

•Managing and leading the translation of business needs into processes, functional requirements, and a technological solution according to Agile methodology.

•Managing a comprehensive work plan: timelines/sprints, budget, resources, scope, and risks.

•Regular reporting in steering committees and coordination with senior management.

Position Requirements:

•Relevant bachelor’s degree – preference for graduates of Industrial Engineering and Management / Computer Science.

•At least 3 years of experience managing complex technological projects – mandatory.

•Proven matrix management experience and the ability to lead multiple and diverse teams.

•Strong leadership skills and ability to drive processes.

•Experience working with project methodologies – required; significant advantage for Agile.

•Excellent interpersonal communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to work with senior executives.

•Proficiency and hands-on experience with Jira.
