Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resource Development Specialist located in Kfar Saba. The Resource Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing funding opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with donors, and writing grant proposals. Additional responsibilities include creating and implementing resource development strategies and managing communication materials related to fundraising efforts.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and organization skills
- Ability to develop and maintain donor relationships
- Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
- Strong writing skills for grant proposals
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Proficient in utilizing technological tools such as Canva, Monday.com, ChatGPT, Microsoft Office, and more
