Description:

The team is responsible for setting quality policies in the plant on various topics: environmental monitoring, attire, documentation, quality record management, deviations, corrective and preventive actions, internal audits, proper conduct in clean rooms, QA Oversight of plant departments (production and QC), participation in projects, investigations, and audits by regulatory bodies and customers.

Job Description:

The role includes accompanying and handling deviations and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Reviewing and approving batch records.
Writing and approving procedures.
Conducting internal audits within the company.
Performing QA Oversight of the production department.
Setting quality policies on topics for which the team is responsible.
Participating in audits by regulatory bodies and customers.
Participating as a QA representative in various forums.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Chemistry / Biochemistry / Chemical Engineering / Pharmaceutical Engineering / Biomedical Engineering / Pharmacy.
In-depth familiarity with relevant standards.
Previous experience in QA in a pharmaceutical company - conducting investigations, implementing corrective actions, conducting internal audits, performing QA Oversight - mandatory.
Experience in writing quality policy documents.
High level of English.
High verbal and written communication skills.
