Application Support Specialist

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Application Support Specialist to join the team at one of Israel’s leading insurance companies and provide advanced support for the company’s core systems- an in house billing system and CRM 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide end to end application support for internal business systems, including the billing system and CRM 365.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues through business process understanding, specification documents, and log analysis.
• Utilize SQL (intermediate level or higher) to investigate and resolve application problems.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, QA, and development teams to ensure smooth system operations.
• Review functional specifications to ensure proper system behavior and alignment with business needs.
• Document incidents, solutions, and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an Application Support Specialist (or similar role)-Must
• Proven experience in supporting complex CRM systems- Must
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technological solutions- Must
• SQL knowledge at intermediate level or higher- Must
• Background in pensions/ financial services- Advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured and detail- oriented approach.
