Director of Product

Playstudios is a visionary social gaming company that brings millions of people together to play, meet, and interact. We’re looking for a talented Director of Product to join our biggest studio management team

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and strategy
• Own the roadmap from ideation to execution
• Manage the product team, including setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and mentorship, and evaluating performance.
• Work hand in hand with Economy, Monetization, R&D, Marketing and data to grow your products - lead by example and work with all studio functions to bring your vision and roadmap to life,
• Data-driven product development — where data and analysis guide every decision, and intuition helps us go the extra mile.

Must-Have:

3+ years of B2C product management experience, with a track record of delivering successful products in the gaming industry.

1+ years of experience as a team lead/head of product/product director

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize key issues and opportunities.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.

A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
