Job Responsibilities:

• Proofread subtitles that had been translated from English to Hebrew
• Correct typography, grammatical errors, and any mistranslated words to ensure the quality of our final products according to the translation/editing guidelines of Iyuno and our clients and also able to edit the Machine translated subtitles.

Job Qualification:

• Previous experience in subtitle translation or proofreading is preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive, can-do spirit, proactive, result-driven, and resourceful
• Willing to learn new things and enjoy new challenges
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and within limited time constraints

What is NMT?

Neuro-Machine Translation (NMT)

Artifical Intelligence (A.I.) is changing the game for most industries. In localization, A.I. is utilized to support transcription and translation. The turnaround time A.I. takes compared to a human translator is at a 1:48 ratio. An example, NMT takes 10 minutes to translate a 1-hour content whereas a human translator takes 8 hours. An English template runs through the NMT and it will produce the desired language’s translation.

Yes, A.I. has its limitations but we aim to improve its performance by providing it constant feedbacks. With this, we hope to expand its learning curve and cover as much content as we can.
