AI Engineer

An innovative Security Operations startup is developing a platform for DevSecOps teams that optimizes the entire threat management process from investigation to real-time response through a unified, intelligent, AI-powered interface.

The company is based in Tel Aviv near the light rail, operates a hybrid model with one work-from-home day, and employs approximately 40 people, half of whom are in development.

Founded two years ago by 8200 alumni, the company has raised $65 million to date.

Every feature in the system includes an AI aspect, and the position sits at the intersection of research and development.

Responsibilities-

• Join a small, strong AI team leading a core component of the product
• Lead end-to-end solutions: from model and feature definition, through coding, to production pipelines
• Build systems based on LLMs and AI Agents
• Process unstructured textual data such as logs, alerts, and threat intelligence
• Develop and deploy large-scale ML/NLP infrastructure
• Design architectural solutions for production environments
• Collaborate directly with product, development, and cybersecurity analyst teams
• Contribute to the core of the product and have a direct impact
• Work with Python and AWS

Requirements-

• 4 years of experience in Machine Learning/AI developing production-grade systems
• Experience with LLMs and AI Agents
• Strong development skills in Python
• Experience with AWS or other cloud environments
