Tech Career Coach Specialist

Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and employment by helping our graduates launch successful careers in tech. We are looking for a passionate Career Recruiter who will actively support our students in finding job opportunities and building meaningful careers after graduation.

Role Overview:

As a Career Recruiter, you will play a central role in the success of our students by connecting them with relevant job opportunities, building relationships with tech companies, and preparing them for the hiring process. This is a purpose-driven role, perfect for someone who thrives on building networks, empowering others, and creating career pathways in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage partnerships with companies and recruiters looking to hire junior developers, data analysts and other tech roles
• Match program graduates with relevant job opportunities
• Source and share job/internship opportunities with recent graduates and alumni
• Coach students on job search strategy, CV optimization, LinkedIn profiles, and interview preparation and support candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process
• Organize and host job fairs, employer panels, and networking events
• Track and report on student placement metrics and recruitment outcomes

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in recruitment, career services, tech hiring, or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with the tech industry, a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Passion for education, career coaching, and supporting student success
• Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience working in a coding bootcamp, tech school, or startup environment
• Established network in the tech hiring ecosystem (HR reps, recruiters, CTOs, etc.)
• Knowledge of CRM or job placement tracking tools
