Head of Data Infrastructure & AI Group - JB-501

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to lead the Data Infrastructure & AI Group. This is a senior-level role for professionals with strong leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and hands-on expertise in managing diverse technological domains. As the leader of this group, you will oversee approximately six multidisciplinary teams tasked with delivering advanced solutions in cloud, edge, and AI environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary group of six teams.
• Manage key interfaces and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams within the AI division.
• Develop the group’s vision and strategy to align with the goals of the AI division.
• Build and execute annual work plans while fostering innovation and operational excellence.
• Spearhead the establishment, maintenance, and integration of cutting-edge technologies, tools, and methodologies (e.g., TripleX-based).
• Oversee data and AI infrastructure development across cloud platforms, dedicated networks, and edge hardware environments.
• Recruit and build a high-performing, diverse team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Implement systems and practices that align with industry-leading standards for scalability, security, and reliability.
• Ensure alignment between technological capabilities and business objectives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing large, multidisciplinary technological teams.
• Extensive expertise (5+ years) in data infrastructure and DevOps.
• Proven understanding (2+ years) of AI and MLOps frameworks and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the establishment of diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset to effectively manage cross-functional relationships.
• Proven ability to implement innovative tools and practices in dynamic environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, data pipelines, and AI/ML deployment practices.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery architectures.
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Hands-on experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
