A senior and central position in a global foodtech company requires a Marketing Manager to lead all international marketing activities: strategy, branding, developing a presence in international markets, managing B2B campaigns, collaborating with distributors, and leading the company's visibility in the media, digital, and field arenas.
Main Responsibilities:
Building and implementing a global marketing strategy and adapting it to local markets
Strengthening the brand as an innovative, healthy and environmentally friendly solution in the QSR, Food Service and HORECA markets
Managing internal marketing teams and external suppliers (advertising, digital, PR)
Developing and managing digital presence and performance-based campaigns
Creating marketing materials, presentations and content tailored to customers, distributors and partners
Developing tools and supporting distribution partners (Distributor Enablement)
Representing the company at international exhibitions, conferences and events
Managing marketing budgets, monitoring and controlling campaign performance
7–10 years of experience in global B2B marketing, of which at least 3 in a senior management role
Experience in marketing to the QSR, Food Service or HORECA markets – a significant advantage
Experience in building a brand in international markets and its introduction into new markets
Mastery of data-based digital marketing and campaign management
English at or near native level; additional languages an advantage
Ability to work in a dynamic and strategic environment, creative thinking and high execution ability
Willingness to travel abroad as needed
