Join a leading financial organization and take part in innovative, large-scale technology projects. You’ll lead the migration of core infrastructures to the cloud, work on ATM and resource management systems, and help establish a brand-new development team.

What you’ll do:

• Lead complex end-to-end technology projects, with a focus on cloud infrastructure migration (cloud provider TBD).
• Work closely with development and digital teams to design and implement new interfaces (API-based).
• Drive project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment between business and technology.
• Take on a leadership role within the Agile team – with potential to also serve as Scrum Master.

Requirements:

✔️ 6+ years of experience managing complex technology projects in a large organization (financial background not required)

✔️ Strong technological background – prior hands-on experience in software development is a must

✔️ Proven experience in cloud-related projects (any cloud platform)

✔️ Experience working in Agile environments and building new teams from scratch

✔️ Strong communication skills – able to bridge between business needs and technology execution
