חברה בינלאומית מובילה בתחומי הינע, בקרה, מכטרוניקה ורובוטיקה מגייסת מהנדס/ת הנדסי–מסחרי לעבודה מול גופי ביטחון ויצרניות ביטחוניות בישראל.

התפקיד יכול להתאים לשני מסלולים:

• FAE (Field Application Engineer) – עם אוריינטציה הנדסית–יישומית ותמיכה טכנית צמודה.
• FSE (Field Sales Engineer) – עם אוריינטציה מסחרית–שיווקית וניהול מכירות שטח מול לקוחות.

המשרה מיועדת לבעלי ניסיון מינימלי של 5 שנים בתחומים המבוקשים

מהות התפקיד:

• עבודה ישירה מול מהנדסים, מנהלי פרויקטים וגורמים טכנולוגיים בצד הלקוח.
• הובלת תהליכים טכנולוגיים ומסחריים משלב אפיון הצורך ועד יישום מלא.
• מתן ייעוץ מקצועי והנדסי בתחומי ההינע, הבקרה, מערכות מכטרוניקה ורובוטיקה.
• פיתוח ושימור קשרים עם לקוחות ביטחוניים ויצרניות ביטחוניות.
• ניהול מו"מ, סגירת עסקאות וליווי פרויקטים מורכבים.

דרישות:

• תואר ראשון בהנדסת מכונות / חשמל / מכטרוניקה / בקרה – חובה.
• ניסיון קודם בתפקיד הנדסי–מסחרי מול תעשייה (FAE או FSE).
• היכרות עם מערכות Motion Control, Mechatronics, Robotics – חובה.
• יכולת בינאישית גבוהה, שילוב של ראייה עסקית ויכולת ייעוץ מקצועי.
• ניסיון בעבודה מול גופי ביטחון ו/או תעשיות ביטחוניות – יתרון משמעותי.
• סיווג ביטחוני – יתרון.

FAE / FSE – Team Commercial Leader | Motion Control, Mechatronics & Robotics

A leading international company in the fields of Motion Control, Mechatronics & Robotics is seeking a Commercial Engineer to work with defense organizations and defense manufacturers in Israel.

The position is open for two career tracks:

• FAE (Field Application Engineer) – with a strong technical/engineering and applications orientation.
• FSE (Field Sales Engineer) – with a commercial/sales orientation, managing customer-facing sales processes.

Role Description:

• Direct engagement with engineers, project managers, and technical stakeholders on the client side.
• Leading both technical and commercial processes, from need identification to full implementation.
• Providing professional consulting in Motion Control, Mechatronics and Robotics solutions.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with defense customers and defense manufacturers.
• Managing negotiations, closing deals, and supporting complex projects.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Control Engineering – mandatory.
• Previous experience in an engineering–commercial role (FAE or FSE).
• Proven knowledge of Motion Control, Mechatronics, Robotics systems – required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, combining business vision with technical consulting ability.
• Experience working with defense organizations and/or defense manufacturers – significant advantage.
• Active security clearance – an advantage.

Location: Central Israel / Sharon / Haifa.
