We are looking for a talented and motivated IT Operations Manager to take a leading role in shaping and managing our IT services across the organization.

Full-time position | Based in the Central region

What you’ll do:

Lead and oversee all IT services for employees across the company.

Directly manage support and technical team leaders.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Monitor and ensure high-quality service delivery.

What are we looking for?

At least 3 years of proven experience in managing internal IT support operations — mandatory.
