Customer Success Associate

We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our growing Sales team at OMC Cloud!

OMC Cloud, Israel’s leading and fastest-growing cloud provider, is looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team!

With over 200 employees and 24 global data centers, we deliver advanced cloud solutions to thousands of customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

*Manage and monitor customer onboarding and retention processes

*Provide ongoing support and build strong client relationships

*Assist with price quotes and identify upsell opportunities

*Collaborate daily with Sales, Support, and Billing teams

*Maintain customer accounts and interactions in the CRM system

Requirements:

*Previous experience in Customer Success / Sales Support – strong advantage

*Excellent communication and customer service skills

*Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

*Fluent Hebrew, good English

*Technical background / knowledge of cloud solutions – an advantage
