About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement group & import group. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sourcing electronic, mechanical, or industrial components, and a passion for optimizing supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of buyers including performance management, KPI-driven routines, task and process oversight .
  • Manage end-to-end procurement of components, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to align purchasing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in procurement management, with a focus on components procurement.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Background from high tech companies in the communication industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Supply Chain Management, /Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPSM or CPIM are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures – advantage
