Senior Frontend Developer

Cibus Pluxee is a leading provider of employee benefits and welfare solutions in Israel. Our advanced technology platform empowers employees to seamlessly access exclusive promotions and benefits across a vast network of restaurants and businesses throughout the country.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Software Developer with a minimum of 7 years in frontend development, deep expertise in Angular (version 15 and above), and a solid understanding of frontend-to-backend contract integration. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building robust, scalable web applications and collaborating across disciplines to deliver exceptional user experiences. Experience with Flutter, e-commerce platforms, and Figma code integration are considered strong advantages.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using Angular 15+ and modern JavaScript/TypeScript standards.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers to define, implement, and maintain clear and robust frontend-to-backend contracts (Mostly REST APIs), ensuring seamless data integration and system interoperability.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes (including those from Figma) into high-quality, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional frontend development experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex web applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Angular (version 15 or higher), including RxJS, TypeScript, and related tooling (npm, Webpack, Babel).
• Frontend-Backend Contracting: Strong understanding of API consumption, data modeling, and contract negotiation between frontend and backend teams.
• UI/UX: Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize user interfaces from design tools such as Figma, ensuring technical feasibility and design fidelity.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.

Advantages (Nice-to-Have Skills)

• Flutter Programming: Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, with an understanding of integrating APIs and optimizing mobile performance.
• E-Commerce Understanding: Hands-on experience building or maintaining e-commerce platforms, including integration with payment gateways, product catalogs, and scalable web architectures.
• Figma Code Integration: Proficiency in converting Figma designs directly into production-ready code, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and collaboration with design teams.
• Testing & Quality: Experience with automated testing frameworks, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Web communication Infrastructure: Deep understanding of CDN, DNS, LB technologies.
