Embedded Software Engineer

I'm hiring for a unique opportunity in a growing defense-tech company developing cutting-edge loitering munition systems.

This is a highly multidisciplinary R&D environment where you’ll work alongside hardware, mechanics, control, and software teams in–house in Israel.

The team is scaling and looking for an embedded developer to join as a core contributor to full-cycle development, from bring-up to CI/CD and deep system integration.

Tech Stack & Responsibilities

• Embedded development in C / C++
• Bare Metal / FreeRTOS, STM32-based boards
• Writing Bootloaders, Drivers, and full board bring-up
• Building internal tools: Python scripts, CI/CD flows, auto-testing
• Involvement in system-level design, requirement definitions and documentation
• Working closely with hardware and mechanical teams on real-time, multi-processor platforms

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in Embedded Real-Time development
• Experience with custom board bring-up, low-level programming
• Hands-on with CI/CD, unit testing, refactoring
• Ability to write and own design documents and specs
• Bonus: exposure to cybersecurity compliance, defense/mission-critical environments
• Bonus: experience from military tech units or defense-related R&D
