Head of Artificial Intelligence

MCE systems is seeking a Head of AI to lead our most exciting new AI domain – from vision to large-scale production.

We’re a global company of around 100 people, headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv, delivering innovative digital solutions for leading mobile operators worldwide. We’ve already launched our first AI-powered customer service chatbot with a major telecom operator, and now we’re taking a giant leap forward: full automation of the customer service domain.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and define the architecture for complex AI systems.
• Lead the development of LLM-based solutions at scale.
• Work closely with executive leadership, product teams, and international clients.
• Be the driving force behind AI innovation at MCE – with the potential to grow into managing a global AI team.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience designing and building complex AI systems (preferably chatbot-related).
• Deep expertise in ML and DL.
• Hands-on experience delivering large-scale systems to production.
• Product-oriented mindset, business acumen, and excellent leadership skills.
• Experience in customer service systems – strong advantage.
• Familiarity with the Telco industry – advantage.
