Procurement Buyer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Buyer to join JLL, to support delivery of JLL’s sourcing and procurement program for IFM services on a client account based in Israel.

What this role involves:

• Develop positive relationships with the client, the JLL account operations team, JLL’s Finance, EHS and projects teams, JLL’s central Sourcing & Procurement teams, our IFM supply chain partners and other business stakeholders.
• Build an understanding of the client contract, especially the commercial and financial provisions, the scope of works, and knowledge of how the scope is delivered at each client site.
• Identify & onboard additional suppliers with an appropriate delivery track record for key IFM service categories.
• Support the JLL account operations team by providing a greater choice of supplier options for client on-demand service requests.
• Contribute to account-wide savings targets each year.
• Manage supplier subcontract negotiations, consult with the supplier and JLL Legal to close any open supplier subcontracts.
• Manage the subcontract change control and contract amendment process
• Manage supplier termination notices and / or de-scope notices.
• Support supplier risk management in relation to client site closures, portfolio reductions and / or site space changes.
• Manage JLL’s standard Supplier Performance Management scorecards process with JLL’s account operations team.
• Track and report on JLL’s spend with certified diverse supplier quarterly.
• Review our procurement Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and Spend reports, providing update reports and BI data to the procurement management team.
• Support delivery of RFI’s and RFPs in Israel.
• Identify opportunities to create efficiencies, drive cost savings, eliminate margin-on-margin, maximise self-performance and align the supply chain delivery solution with JLL’s wider commercial supply chain strategy for Israel.
• Work closely with JLL’s Group Procurement Director on the wider account procurement strategy and client requirements.

• Essential – 2 – 3 years’ experience in IFM services procurement.
• Preferred – experience in a life sciences or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Essential – fluent English and Hebrew language skills.
• Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex ideas and present solutions concisely.
• Excellent data analysis ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure working environment.
• Positive, solution-oriented communications; willingness to take responsibility and a talent for getting things done.
