Head of GTM Operations

As we scale, we’re looking for a Head of Ops and GTM to support our Partnerships and Services group, ensuring the alignment and execution of key strategic initiatives.

As Head of Ops and GTM, you will work closely with the VP of Partnerships and Services to drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams. You'll also take ownership of key enablement programs, GTM strategies, and operational processes that help the Partnerships and Services group deliver exceptional results and scale effectively.

About The Role

• Strategic Execution & Alignment: Collaborate with the VP and leadership team to drive and execute key initiatives for the Partnerships and Services group, aligning them with company-wide objectives.
• Enablement & GTM Ownership: Own and lead enablement programs and go-to-market strategies to support partnerships and customer-facing teams, ensuring the tools, resources, and processes are in place for success.
• Program Management: Lead cross-functional programs, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and aligned with business priorities.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline internal processes to improve productivity, communication, and decision-making across the team and with other departments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact between leadership and key internal teams, providing updates and facilitating alignment across the organization.
• Problem Solving & Decision Support: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership, helping drive data-driven decisions and solve complex operational challenges.
• Team Collaboration & Culture: Support the building of a high-performing, collaborative culture within the Partnerships and Services team, fostering innovation and accountability.
  
  

• Experience: 7+ years in a Head of Ops and GTM, Chief of Staff, operations, or strategic leadership role in a fast-paced, tech or SaaS environment.
• Program Management: Proven ability to lead and manage complex programs and initiatives across multiple teams.
• GTM & Enablement: Strong experience with go-to-market strategies and enablement programs that drive business growth and partner success.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with tactical execution.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage executives, internal teams, and external partners.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS products and workflows; experience with monday.com is a plus.
• Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing data to support decision-making and performance tracking.
