Senior Project Manager – Salesforce Projects for the Public Sector

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce projects for government offices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Salesforce projects, with a specific focus on the PSL module, and the ability to handle a wide range of technological and organizational challenges.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience managing Salesforce projects.
• Proven experience in end-to-end Salesforce project management, including requirements gathering, planning, and execution.
• Strong experience with the Salesforce PSL module.
• Experience in budget and gantt chart management, including timeline and resource management.
• Ability to manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to understand and lead business and technological processes.
• Advantageous for candidates with experience in Salesforce implementation.
• Advantageous for those with experience working with government organizations.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce-related programming languages and tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multitasking skills and team management capabilities.
