Syqe is a med-tech company developing technologies that enable the precise delivery of a wide range of therapeutic molecules by inhalation. Utilizing its breakthrough technology, Syqe aims to relieve the suffering of as many patients as possible in the fastest possible way.
We are looking for a motivated student to join our Quality team in a temporary position, part time role (40%scope).
The position focuses on supporting the daily operation and administration of our electronic documentation management system (Simploud), ensuring compliance with quality standards and maintaining controlled documentation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the ongoing use and administration of the Simpload documentation system.
- Assist in maintaining controlled Quality System documents according to established procedures.
- Manage and monitor the flow of documentation across the organization.
- Provide documentation control support to various departments.
- Follow applicable QA standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good documentation practices, while keeping updated on changes as they occur.
- Current student in Life Sciences / Engineering / Quality Assurance / related field.
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn quickly new digital tools.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Good communication skills in Hebrew and English.
